TOS can be involved throughout the life of the equipment, starting with crane conceptual design through to crane removal, while offering continual technical support through the life of the equipment. Our extensive skills encompass all aspects of implementation and operation, including development of specifications for company approval, system design, planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, inventory, training and customizing programs to fit your specific needs.

We have two workshops located in Thailand. With our cylinder and hoist test stands, we have the capability to repair and recertify your hydraulic cylinders and hoists. We also have the capability to repair hydraulic pumps, motors, control valves, etc… All repaired components would be returned to our partner with a complete inspection report, which would outline parts that were damaged, repairs made to the component(s) and final testing data.

We will work with your team to identify problem areas and provide solutions that fit your budget and schedule. Quality is guaranteed through the application of high quality materials and experienced personnel working under an API Q1 certified Quality Management System.
All components, services, and cranes will meet or exceed API and the OEM’s recommendations and are supplied, complete with a documentation package and full warranty.
